Our Mission & Services

From emergency relief to long-term community development — PHILRADS serves the most vulnerable with faith, accountability, and compassion across the Philippines.

Humanitarian Evangelism

As the relief and development arm of PCEC, every PHILRADS program and service is an expression of God's love for all of humanity - especially the needy, the afflicted, the brothers and the strangers.

We believe that meeting a person's physical need is inseparable from the call to proclaim God's grace. When we hand over a food pack, repair a roof, or train a livelihood recipient, we are not merely fulfilling a social duty. We are embodying the compassion of Christ in tangible, life-changing ways. In all phases of humanitarian activities, whenever possible and if the situation allows, the proclamation of the Gospel is done - not as a condition for receiving help, but as a natural overflow of who we are and whose we are.

"Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me." - Matthew 25:40 (NIV)
Our Approach

Holistic Community Development

PHILRADS HCD Model

PHILRADS operates at the center of a network of stakeholders, which consist of churches, government bodies, humanitarian organizations, and the communities themselves. This is not relief for the sake of relief; it is transformation for the long haul.

As the relief arm of PCEC, PHILRADS implements programs across Emergency Response, Rehabilitation, Sustainable Livelihood, and Capacity Building - while enabling meaningful participation from all key stakeholders, ensuring communities are not just recipients, but active partners in their own development.
